Eunji Woo presented at DMI 2020
Eunji Woo presented her part of Doctoral thesis, “Punter’s Secret: Why Millennials Love That Local Shop?” at dmi:ADMC (Academic Design Management Conference) 2020. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held in a virtual format.
She developed a needs-discovery tool, “Punter’s secret” in order to discover millennial customers’ unique needs for local shop patronage. By doing a workshop with 27 participants, she identified experiential factors to trigger millennial customer's’ local shop patronage in the perspective of the entire customer experience. Based on the empirical findings, she suggested the customer retention strategy for local shops.
